Work Smarter not Harder with Apps

Start 2026 by streamlining and reducing your admin so you can focus on horses and life. Share your tips on what works well for you. Explore useful apps, starting with a demo from Equigate, and share your favourite tips for making things work smoothly.

Equigate are giving tESA a demo of their app, which helps you manage your clients and your diary, book sessions / automate appointments,  send invoices, communicate with clients and write and send reports including marked up pictures, videos and documents. It  is free for students.

After the demo, we invite you to share your tips of what you do to reduce the burden of admin, logistics etc. and make more time for the work you do with horses, and manage your life / work  balance.  

Guests Welcome. Free for tESA Members and non-members. 

This event is open to solo practitioners who work with horses, including bodywork (eg shiatsu, acupuncture, massage, physio, osteo  etc), dentist, vet, farrier, saddler, trainer, riding instructor.  Our modalities may be very different, but many of the admin problems are similar!
